My understanding of the term FWB is two people who respect, care for and enjoy each others company the same as you do your other friends just there is the added benefit of sex.- hopefully mind blowing and frequent sex. What it doesn't mean is that you are joined at the hip, sexually exclusive (unless agreed upon for obvious reasons) or that you don't date other people if you choose to.
It seems the term FWB causes a huge amount of confusion and it now seems to mean "fuck buddy" which to me is someone you just hook up with for sex- no care no respect just sex.... which works for a lot of people.but isn't on my list of things to do.
There is a term floating round that has replaced "FWB"- sexually dating" which I think is probably more appropriate as it embraces all the positive aspects of "FWB" without the confusion of that particular label. Communication and an open mind are equally important so if things change everyone is on the same page and no one gets a suprise they didn't see coming
I like the new label because it makes it clearer what people are looking for and what they want/expect... wonder if we will see it pop up more and more across the site

Cant wait for spring to roll on round ... 4 more sleeps So much potential for change and growth ....now where did I put my motivation to get stuck into the things I want to get done but the deadline is Christmas so best get my arse into gear

Do you meet someone off here - this is the question.
I had some spare time to watch daytime tv and the presenter of the particular show was saying that women who meet men off the internet are debasing and disrespecting themselves - if its for sex or not. This sounds a little like it's ok for the men but not the women. He also talked about the risks of meeting complete strangers... but is it any different to picking up in a bar?
I have met a few people off this site and some have been amazing people who have remained friends, others have been run for the hills types, and of course there are those who are just like ships in the night... you meet and keep moving not because they are psychos but wrong time wrong place wrong person kinda thing... kinda like kerb kickers who are waiting for something but they don't know what but its a temporary meeting and moving on.
I think in today's world meeting online has become almost normal but you still need to be savvy about it.

I have to give full marks to the inventive bugger on here who downloads pics on his PC then uses his mobile to take snaps of them then uploads them as if they are his own... full points for effort ...
Before you venture forth to select your fake pics gentlemen and ladies... do a google image search so you can at least come up with an amusing story about how your pics got on to that porn site or that gay modelling site.. I mean really .. right??
For those of you who don't use fake pics... always drag and drop an image that looks too good to be true into google images and see whether its genuine or not

Spotted by : Gives himself away when he cannot meet any other time than lunch or daytime
: Forgets to take his wedding ring off in pics he sends then claims its an old pic
: Refuses to provide a mobile number when organising to meet because
he wants to make sure your not "crazy" and won't stalk him
*The married man who thinks you don't mean what you say in your profile because, well lets face it his situation is unique
: claims his wife doesn't give him any attention at home
: she had an affair first so this is allowable and justifiable
: he has a permission slip
* The "travelling salesman coming to a town near you"
: see above types
* The genuinely nice man
: not enough of these around but pleasantly suprised at the number on here
So many types and so little time to discover them all.... which one will be next

Now I have pondered this and I cant think of a satisfactory answer so was hoping a few members could...
Loads of men ask for daytime meets and possibly sex... how is that do-able when fully employed?> I get the days off thing but not many industries do days off and I cant see sickies being an answer...
So what kind of time is given to day time meets and how is it managed?

I give this place a wide berth every now and then thinking with time things might freshen up but no same shit attitudes when the word no comes into play. Seems not only the generation has an issue with feeling entitled
