It is one of those days. Sometimes we over do it and awaken with some aches and pains. I feel like a massage would be so good right now. Get some of the knots worked out of the muscles. Do you enjoy getting a massage? Do you enjoy receiving a massage? At least for me, I enjoy giving her a massage as much as I enjoy receiving one. The feeling of the smooth warm skin under hand is great. When was the last time you either received or gave a massage?

I think it is that time of week. Not quite the weekend, but for many , it has been a long haul this week. It just may be that time imbibe an adult beverage. Not a full out party, just a sit back and take a break. I don't consume a lot of alcoholic beverages but I do recall when taken in moderation it can relax a bit. Do you ,on occasion have a wine, or other drink to relax? If you do not imbibe, is there another go to relaxation drink?
And as always, if you do drink. Do so responsibly.

I was listening to my favorite Talk Show on the radio. They were discussing Bullying in the workplace! It seems to be more and more pervasive . I have never tolerated Bullying attempts toward me and certainly never participated in it. My tact was to directly confront any protagonists and do what was necessary to resolve their issue . After I retired from the military and went to work in the Corporate world, it become more clear to me that many Bullys in the work place were doing It to climb the career ladder. To me they were like shooting ducks in a barrel when they tried me on. My question (s),,, Have you been, or are you now a victim of bullying? How have you or are you coping with it? Do you support anti bullying efforts? Do you think that confronting a bully works?

North of me is a Gentleman's Club (some may say Go Go Bar) that allegedly "specializes " in ladies with attractive legs. And for some reason the name is "Legs and Eggs". I can not personally confirm this , I have just heard it from reliable sources. . I am not sure why, but I woke up with that on my mind. I am an admirer of woman's legs, and I wonder how many of you are of a similar mind. enjoying the legs of any or either gender? If you do, what is it that you admire? And conversely if you do not, may I ask why not?

Recently, I was lost in deep thought . Trying to "find" my niche in society . Then it struck me, I am a Seenager (Senior ) ! I have everything that I wanted as a , only many years later. I don’t have to go to school or work. I get an allowance (pensions). I have my own pad. I don’t have a curfew. I have a driver’s license (so far) and my own car. I have ID that gets me into bars and the Beer Store. I get discounts at stores. The people I hang around with are not scared of getting pregnant and I don’t have acne. Life is great. "Where are you" in your life? Do you have a silly view of what is going on?

A few days ago I visited [blog rainbowsox] and commented on their post [post 3696835] that I did not care for football. Well, it seemed like I would lose my "Man Card" . Well, I purpose to have a "Pals Football Team". I am not big into Football, but I am big into naughty fun. So even those that are like me, not fanatics, please join in. Lets chose uniforms. I think we should have a Luaau. A little pick me up for the start of Fall. I have never been to one, but I hear they can be a lot of fun. Have you been to one? If you have, what was it like? What was your favorite activity? I kind of favor the grass skirts. Other than the grass skirt (not so sure about one for me though) and lei, is there a dress code for a luau? I heard this subject being discussed on a Talk Radio show yesterday. Misheard Song Lyrics. I realized, how many of us are "singing" our favorite song and using the wrong lyrics!! And some of the oldies, we have been doing it for years!!! And maybe tragically teaching our wrong! Can you think of any that you have or had used the wrong lyrics? Please share, no one will laugh at you  . Here are a few examples allegedly common misheard lyrics, some of the songs may have not been main stream.

Maybe more accurately , it is that time of the year. It is approaching the fall season at an alarming rate!! If you have any thoughts of one more beach day, you better hustle it up and get out for some sun and fun. My favorite time of year is the fall, and winter. But I do love the beach and the freedom of the water ,within limits. So what is it for you? Are you looking forward to Fall and winter ? OR are you a perpetual beach bunny or guy?

I think we all retain a vision of our partner. There are many that it could be, a silhouette, a look, their body maybe a sexy image? I look back over the years and have such pleasant memories of partners and a few not so pleasant . How about you? Do you retain any visions of your partner(s) or former partner (s)? If you do, do they "improve" with time?
