I’m married, to a lady, and we've been together in some form going on close to a decade. While we click in many ways, she isn't as enthusiastic about kinky explorations as I am, and for the last few years we've had some degree of openness to our relationship. I also have a far higher sex drive than she does, and it works well for us when I have multiple options to pursue on my own. We tend to each find our own recreational partners, rather than exploring as a couple, and so far this has worked out fairly well for us. Essential requirements are that new partners have knowledge of and respect for our spouse, and that all involved play safe. We've found things tend to work best with recreational partners who themselves have another longer-term partner, in that it tends to be easier to manage time and other commitments, but that's more of a guideline.
